I noticed there was nothing about the LL Gus on this site. I am looking to get a full-fledged creeker and I am interested in the Gus. Does it have a displacement hull? What do people think of it? How does it handle in big water and on technical creeks?
I appreciate any info about it.

It's a good boat for bigger water IF you know how to turn a longer boat. It acts longer than it is, thus making it a kind of point-and-shoot boat. Kind of tough to make those last minute adjustments for many people. But, if you know how to handle a longer boat.....

Or, if you're looking for an expedition boat that turns better and has a lrger capacity, take a look at a Critical Mass

If you just want a creek boat for teh steep and tight, then consider a long list of quick-turning, easy boofing boats that are out there now

Mafia
Burn
Jefe
Solo
