Had a friend who tried it at Hurley and he said that Wavesport have taken a ZG made it slower. He enjoyed it but would rather have a ZG if he was going to have a wavesport. Just his opinion however so give it a demo

True, it's slower. Easy, since it's 10cm shorter! It doesn't carve like a ZG, but it bounces like no other.. it's awsome on big waves! ;)

but as most people say, trying is the only way to find out. Everyone thinks different, feels different and has preferences. Just get your own butt into those boats and see what you like best!

i paddeled the zg 48 (my boat) and the projekt 52 last weekend in bremgarten upper wave. the projekt rotate much faster than the zg, it bounce much better and it pop better out of the water. the zg carves faster and stays more calm at the wave.
that is only my personal opinion. like all the others says.... try it by yourself

I just bought this boat and love it, love it, love it. After two pool sessions I'm very close to being able to bow stall and cartwheel. Every person will say DEMO DEMO DEMO and you should do that as much as you can, most stores will give you a discount on your purchase for the price of the demo..
I demoed this along with the allstar, riot Orbit, Jackson Fun, and Dagger Kingpin. This one just had a fluidity and smooth feel that is notorious of WS and JK. I would look into the Dagger Agent as well while you're at it, that is and excellent boat as well and is a good competitor if not better. But I say it's a perfect boat as long as you fit in it.

I foud it super comfortable the minute I hopped into the 52. It is faster than any other boat that I have ever used, plus it floats pretty high so shallow holes are no problem. It is easy to roll and for an intermidiate yaker like me, that is a definit benifit. Definetly demo, but the project is the way to go.
