first of all, sorry for my english.
So now, I'm a german canoeist who changed from riverrunning into freestyling.
The thing is, I want to support freestyling with workout in a gym. I have training experience, but I have a few difficulties constructing an own workout.
Have you got tips? What's important to know to construct a workout? Or best of all, do you have experience and maybe a workout which I just have to fit to me?
