Hi,
We wanted to canoe the Baker river which has a reported flow of about 43 qubic meters a second. We have a few small kids in the party and the water level seems a little high. Has anyone canoed the Baker at this water level and have some advice whether one should attempt this with several 6-9 year olds? We were thinking of putting in at Rumney and heading down from there for about 12 miles.
Thanks a lot in advance for any help.
