Let's turn this into 'Playak Spots'.

I can't answer your question, but it's a great topic. It would be great if we could publish that sort of knowledge as Playak Spots, at least one per continent. If people answer the following questions and post a picture or 2, we can turn a fall into an 'Official Playak Spot':

1. Country, State, Name of river, Name of waterfall

2. What's it like
[Please describe: height, character, dangers, runnable lines, surroung WW class, temperature best times.]

3. How to get there
[By car. Please list: road numbers, exit names, landmarks, parking places, put-in, take-out.].

4. More info
[Phone numbers. Web pages. Water level info.]

5. Locals
[Typical people you would meet there: fishermen, rafters, spectators, aggresive farmers, land owners.]

6. Events
[Freestyle competitions. When in the year do they normally take place?]

7. Footage
[Does the fall appear in any well-known videos or are there videos available online?]

8. Info source
[Your name, website and postal address if you want some free playak stickers (only for complete descriptions with good pictures, and only once i have enough money again to buy new stickers......)]

(or alternatively, you can fill in the standard waterfall submission form: playak.com/submit.php?stencil=fall )

cheers,
jeroen

Well I can give more details later, but Rattle Snake falls in Ohio is awesome to learn on. Its 18 ft high with a 20ft pool. No serious lead in.

1. Country, State, Name of river, Name of waterfall USA, Ohio, RattleSnake Creek, Rattlesnake Falls

2. What's it like
The short run above the falls consists of about 3 distinct sets of easy drops, with ok play features at optimal levels, and a 20+ ft waterfall. The best play feature on this section is the hole right above the third drop called Dead Deer Hole. Good eddy on the right. The waterfall is the reason to drive all the way up here! It must not be missed.

This has to be the eaziest waterfall to run over 20 ft in the country. The pool is very deep and that allows you to try any off the lip trick out there. So look at it, get the video camera, and fire it up! If you set ropes it is an easy walk back to the top for multipule runs. Taken from AW

3. How to get there
No Idea.

4. More info

5. Locals
Never Had a problem.

6. Events
[No events

7. Footage
Bunch of videos on aw
