I am 6'1" and 185 lbs.. I fit in the project 52. With some adjustments from the outfitting package you get with the boat, it'll fit you like a glove. so, I'm the same dimensions as you but I have size 10-10.5 feet and they are a little cramped..

the shape of my feet resemble this ( ).. heels touching and toes curled in. with the booties on it's much more comfortable, and (again) after I outfitted the boat, I was actually able to make my feet more comfortable. There are many different shims that come with the outfitting and I used two of them on the front of my seat under the pad to push my knees up into the knee braces more, once I got that, it relieved the pressure on my feet. I can paddle this thing for 2 hours with no complaints.. I love it and fit better in this boat than I have in any other boat I've tried.
To sum up:
If you have big feet, be ready for some cramping and scrunching. If you don't mind the tight feet and are fine with wearing the thinnest booties available, then go with the boat.
If you want another boat suggestion, go with a JK all-star, they have good foot room. The dagger Agent 6.2 also has those dug out foot pockets in the bow for foot comfort and would both be in your dimension range.
