comes with foam block that can be cut to size
plastic is very strong and reliable
the seat and thigh rests are easily adjusted with a phillips head screw driver
the ratchets are very stable and never slip while your in the boat
it a great boat that easy to learn moves in and easy to roll

hope you find a boat

Definately the easiest of all the playboats I've tested to roll, even easier than the jackson allstar! maybe cuz I was over the limit in the allstar.. he heh he. I absolutely love this boat. Demo it! but keep your options open and keep testing until you find the one that fits like a glove and brings a smile to your face.

Well your a little on the lower end of the weight catagory so that will always tend to make throwing a boat of this range around a little harder. I would go with this if you plan on keeping it for awhile, there is the possibility of gaining weight if you are young. If you want a dedicated park&play boat then maybe look at something where you might tip the scales a little. I.E. JK Star, Dagger Agent 6.0 or even the Kingpin 6.2 may be a better fit since it's smaller than the Project 52. But the trade off is that if you're new to playboating, haveing something with a little more volume will be more forgiving on a wave and in a hole. My two:2cents:

Anyways... You'll still be able to throw this thing around. One trick to help with the bowstalls is to fill your boat with water and gradually take the water out as you get the feel for the bowstall. As with all sports, there is a level of progression and everything is difficult at first.

cheers i have a Perception Whip-it witch i will keep for a bit but when i get used to the play boat i will sell my Perception Whip-it so i think haveing the more volume will be good so its more forgiving on a wave and in a hole. and yes i will be keepng it for a long time and im olny 15 so i will grow.

I was looking at the dagger agent but i heard the plastic is really weak

Erm, aren't Dagger and Wavesport plastic the same?

Yea the plastic is pretty much Identical.

The thing is, there is a seperation between some people who boat in WS, Dagger, JK, Fluid, LL, etc. and you'll always have someone from JK saying wavesport sucks and someone from wavesport saying dagger sucks etc. etc. etc.:bitching:(so sad), so be somewhat thorough in your demos and decide for yourself. The Plastic in mine is Stiff and I can't \"peel it with my fingernail\" as I'm sure some reviews have said. There's always a bad apple that makes it into the bunch, and that's what you tend to read about - Not the 10,000 other boats out there making people happy.

The Warrantee and dealer will cover any manufacturers defect. Get what you trully feel good in:dance:

All screws will loosen! you should check all the ones on your kayak regulary to makesure they are tight! Personally I am loving the new Allstar at the minute I find it faster and looser than the project, but its down to what you prefer.

Oh both dagger and Wavesport use exactly the same plastic and are made in the Confluence factory.
