Depends on what your paddles are to a large degree.
On some the glue can be heated, paddles set to new position and then just left to cool.
Others require you to cut your paddle in half and glue them back together at the desired offset with a joining piece (also can be used to shorten paddles).

hey

if the blades are glued in the shaft with epoxy you can heat the end of the shaft en pull the blades out. Be carefull! it's a delicate job and you have to make sure that you heat the shaft enough to get the blade out but don't overheat it, it'll destroy your blade! (it neads to get aprox 70 degr c)

Best to try it with two people and a paintsripper

- heat the end of the shaft about 10cm (heat whilst turning the shaft) (don't overheat!)
- try to pull/turn the blade out
- if this doesn't work, heat some more
- if the blade is out sand the blade and the inside of the shaft (important)
- choose a new angle
- put the blade back in the shaft (with good epoxy raisin!)

to make it extra strong take a few strings of carbon fiber and wind them around the shaft en the blade (were they meet)

however, it's always a risk to try and remove youre blades  (trust me, I've removed dozens)

good luck!

ps. don't forget, if you're right handed, remove the left blade! ;-)

i forgot, this is for a straigh shaft. if you have an ergo shaft it's not always possible depending on the construction. If you've got a seam in the middle it's the same as written in prev post.
