The little offspring of the FB2, the FB3 is ideal for 60-85 kg paddlers. The FB3 has had a few tweaks to make it a quick and stable 6m boat. The rocker has been reduced and the deck lines have a newer and smother line but still maintain volume for deflecting water off the dec,.but the maximum width is the same as the FB2.
The boat comes with the standard brainwave solid plate footrest and sculptured seat. The boats design makes it a great boat in the shallows and ideal for white water paddling and in estuaries and is very well balanced boat.
This is an ideal boat for the lighter paddler looking for a fast boat. This has proved to be a quick boat wining the ladies section of the Brass Monkey and The Classic river race.
