Haven't been there buthave seen quite 2 good videos from from the area. The west coast can get up there and fast so be ready. There are some shelters on the west coast you can use so check for the newest maps possible and have fun .

Hello folks. I'm new here, and wanted to know if anyone had any experience paddling in Gwaii Haanas (The Queen Charlotte Islands), BC, Canada. My paddling partner and I are headed there July 12, and I'm REALLY looking forward to it.

Cheers!

Hello my friends just a short note ending the best of the season to all and all the best in the upcoming New Year. Minus 3 here and even though there are still a few patches of open water around I have called it quits for the season. Fopr those of you that are fortunate enough to have open water, make use of it and and think of us, the frozen few. Cheers, Greg

welcome aboard to our new members , 4 more since I last checked. Great stuff. In Yellowknife our season is about over, the smaller lakes are frozen over and the larger ones will slowly freeze up now. Anyway we had a grand summer and look forward to doing it again.

Summer in full swing in Yellowknife so I thought that I'd just drop a note and say hello to the group. I have been getting some good sailing in this year and look forward to a couple of months yet. This week-end is the Paddles for Parts "Sociable Affair," and I will be busy all week end giving canoe and kayak rides and cooking up burgers and treats for the folks that come to play.
Should be fun and we should end up very wet. Cheers Greg

summer is almost here and we have ice free water on the rivers and the big bay is clearing nicely. Have a little 15 klick paddle on for tomorrow. Should be fun. Greg

I very much like the looks of these boats in the above picture and like all boats they always look better at my house. Cheers Greg
