Event Description
Explore Inverness Florida. Kayak slalom course, demos, food, sunset paddle, raffles, prizes all for a good cause. Give blood and at Paddlers For Plasma and get a two for one on raffle tickets. A friend and fellow paddler was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. Chris has undergone surgery and is currently undergoing therapy. As one might expect there are numerous bills that aren't covered by insurance. All proceeds from the event as well as any donations received will go to Chris.

Unable to attend myseldf as I live to far from Florida. However I support the idea totally. I ran aNPO called Paddlers for Pats and we promote organ and tissue doanation. Check our site www.paddlersforparts.ca Cheers and hope all goes well fpr Chris Cheers greg
